الخدمة

«واضح» تطبيق يشرح لك بلغة بسيطة الرسائل والوثائق التي تصوّرها أو تختارها، باستعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude من شركة Anthropic). يطوّره يونس ناضي، وهو مطوّر مستقل مقيم في إيطاليا. باستعمالك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

ليس استشارة مهنية

هذا شرح لمساعدتك على الفهم، وليس استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية. قد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي أو يُغفل معلومة. تحقّق دائماً من الأمور المهمة، كالمبالغ والمواعيد والإجراءات، في الوثيقة الأصلية ولدى الجهة المرسِلة، واستشر مختصاً في المسائل الجدية. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن قراراتك.

تطبيق مستقل

واضح تطبيق مستقل، وليس تابعاً لأي حكومة أو إدارة أو بلدية أو مصرف أو جهة مرسِلة للوثائق، ولا يمثّلها.

من يمكنه استعماله

التطبيق موجّه للبالغين (18 سنة فما فوق).

الاستعمال المجاني والحدود

عدد من الوثائق المجانية كل يوم، يتجدد عند منتصف الليل بالتوقيت العالمي (حالياً 3 وثائق).
يمكنك الحصول على وثيقة إضافية مقابل مشاهدة إعلان مكافئ كامل، في حدود عدد يومي (حالياً 10).
عدد محدود من الأسئلة عن كل وثيقة (حالياً 5).
قد نغيّر هذه الحدود، أو نوقف الخدمة مؤقتاً عند الضغط الشديد أو للصيانة أو لمنع الإساءة.

الاستعمال المقبول

لا ترسل إلا وثائق تملك الحق في عرضها، كوثائقك أو وثائق شخص أذن لك بذلك.
لا تستعمل التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية، ولا لمحتوى غير قانوني، ولا بما يخالف سياسة الاستخدام لدى Anthropic.
لا تحاول التحايل على الحدود (مثل تزوير معرّفات التطبيق أو الاستعمال الآلي)، ولا الإضرار بالخادم.
لا تضغط على الإعلانات إلا إذا كانت تهمّك فعلاً.

الإعلانات

التطبيق مجاني وتموّله الإعلانات (Google AdMob وMeta Audience Network). لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى الإعلانات ولا عن مواقع المعلنين.

المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمان بأن يكون الشرح كاملاً أو خالياً من الأخطاء أو أن تتوفر الخدمة دائماً. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على الشرح، كفوات موعد أو دفع غير صحيح. ولا يمسّ ذلك حقوقك القانونية الإلزامية بصفتك مستهلكاً.

الملكية

التطبيق وتصميمه ونصوصه ملك لمطوّره. وتبقى وثائقك ملكاً لك.

The service

Wadih explains, in simple words, letters and documents that you photograph or choose, using artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic). It is developed by Youness Nadi, an independent developer based in Italy. By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Not professional advice

This explanation helps you understand. It is not legal, medical or financial advice. AI can make mistakes or miss information. Always check important points, such as amounts, deadlines and procedures, in the original document and with the sender, and ask a professional about serious matters. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

Independent app

Wadih is independent. It is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any government, administration, municipality, bank or other sender of documents.

Who can use it

The app is intended for adults (18+).

Free use and limits

A number of free documents each day, renewed at midnight UTC (currently 3).
You can get an extra document by watching a whole rewarded ad, up to a daily number (currently 10).
A limited number of questions per document (currently 5).
We may change these limits, or pause the service under heavy load, for maintenance or to prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

Only send documents you have the right to show, such as your own or those of someone who allowed you to.
Do not use the app for illegal purposes or content, or against Anthropic's Usage Policy.
Do not try to get around the limits (for example by faking app IDs or by automated use), or to harm the server.
Do not click on ads unless they genuinely interest you.

Advertising

The app is free and funded by ads (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network). We are not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' websites.

Liability

The app is provided "as is", without any guarantee that an explanation is complete or error-free, or that the service is always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from relying on an explanation, such as a missed deadline or a wrong payment. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ownership

The app, its design and its texts belong to its developer. Your documents remain yours.

Law and contact

Uso consentito

Invia solo documenti che hai il diritto di mostrare, come i tuoi o quelli di chi te lo ha permesso.
Non usare l'app per scopi o contenuti illegali, né in violazione della Usage Policy di Anthropic.
Non cercare di aggirare i limiti (ad esempio falsificando gli identificativi dell'app o con un uso automatizzato), né di danneggiare il server.
Non cliccare sugli annunci se non ti interessano davvero.

Responsabilità

L'app è fornita "così com'è", senza garanzia che la spiegazione sia completa o priva di errori, o che il servizio sia sempre disponibile. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di danni derivanti dall'affidamento su una spiegazione, come una scadenza mancata o un pagamento errato.
